10,000 Losses

Post by Raydah James »

100% fitting for a city of fucking losers.

They should have thier fucking Trophies stripped for being the first team to ever accomplish this pathetic feat.

I thought this was an over/under thread on how many losses the Raiders will have this season.

Rack Philly for the longevity. It had to happen to some franchise eventually. There's just no way you can legit smack them for being around since 1883.

Again, RACK Philly for achieving this dubious distinction before anyone else.

Truly, it's a badge of honor that most sports fans can appreciate.

It's a badge of futility, but one that takes over a hundred years to accomplish. If there had been civilization in LA before the 50's they would hold all sports suck honors.

Rack Philly.

There aren't many to take, James.... :)

Let's not bring up football fans in this topic or forum b/c Raider fan is just as rabid and hard core as Philly fan. And I know.. I know.. 1980, bode the 'Duhs.. but that's 27 years ago.

If you want to compare baseball fans, I'll remind you that the Angels didn't exactly have a stadium full of fans before Arte Moreno purchased the team and to his credit he's turned around a franchise by going after big name talent and eating contracts and bringing in avery smart baseball guy (who happens to be a Philly guy) in Mike Scioscia and a good GM.

Until the current ownership of the Phillies sells (and its made up of 5-6 people) the Sillies will forever be treated like a mid-market team with no real commitment to going after the WS like you see in other cities.
