Check out TSSP.

I bought shares today at 9 cents a share based on a stock tip from a friend of mine in California.

( made a quick $150.00 today on a $300 buy)

California is pushing solar and Trendsetter and WWAT are leaders in this field.

I am being cautious and have a quick sell in place just in case there is a major sell off but I have been doing alright.

Anyone else buying solar stocks ?? (water stocks, too!)

According to tdameritrade, the stock you have (TSSP) is currently trading at $.0015 a share. Am I missing something here? Good for you, btw.

I'd like to hear of some stocks that are tied to wind farms. Any you've got in mind that you could recommend?

TSSP is purely a penny stock. I misprinted... I bought in at .0009 / share. Now it is .0027/ share.

I made ~ $600 in 2 days on a $300 investment. Total current value $890.00

$10 transaction fee.

This is purely a speculative investment but on a day when almost all of my other stocks and mutual funds lost.

This thing rocked!!

As far as wind farms.. I know nothing. I do know that Green stocks are in favor, so I have been following Businesswire, Yahoo Finance, listening to MSNBC and other stock channels. I heard the recommendation of WWAT, so I checked it out and it looks solid and has good backing. While I was checking that out, a blogger mentioned TSSP. I took a chance with loose change. Who knows if it will last.....

I will keep you posted.

I have read a little about David Gelbaum. He sounds like an incredible person and good for this planet. However, I must admit my interest is primarily financially driven.
I will check out those stocks but I have to focus. Too many stocks can drive me crazy.

I will not claim to be much more than a monkey with a dart when it comes to stock buying, especially penny stocks. TSSP is purely specualtive.

I have watched trends and read some.

TSSP and subpenny stocks are funny. They trade so thinly that you can make or lose 20% on every .0001 change.
The transaction fees are what kills you. (unless, you have a broker that is kind when it comes to trading these stocks or you are using a promotion rate).

I would buy TSSP when it is < .0010 and keep an eye on it. When it fluctuates to ~ .0018, take profits or sell outright. The stock usually goes up 60-80% on good news or Yahoo pushes and then comes back to .0009 levels.

TSSP is a small company in California that manufacturers solar hot water heating and storage systems. They are in a good position to benefit from the The California Solar Initiative (CSI). http://www.gosolarcalifornia.ca.gov/csi/index.html

I think that solar and alternative energy stocks could see tremendous gains in the coming year (s) as it should get a lot of focus during the presidential elections.

TSSP is IMO, a crap shoot. However, I have done well by buying below .0010 and selling at .0018. When and if, this company ever does take off, I will be playing with house money (unless I get really greedy). Recently, I made a decent buy when the stock was at .0006 and sold at .0018. After paying my broker for buying and selling, I more than doubled my investment. I continue to keep some shares just in case this does take off.

TSSP just hit .0026.

I say SELL SELL SELL,

if anyone is listening!!

Decent profit on this subpenny stock but not worth the risk buying it at this level.

Some other solar stocks ive just recently added to my watch list SOLF,CSIQ and ASTI
