A Bill(s) isn't really an animal, is it? The logo is a buffalo but isn't that more of a symbol of the city? The Buffalo Sabres isn't an animal name but they use a buffalo in their logo. I thought the Buffalo Bills were a reference to "Buffalo Bill" Cody.
EDIT: I looked this up on a site that will remain unamed (wink wink)...
"The Bills are named after Buffalo Bill Cody, the winning entry in a local contest."

"The Bills are named after Buffalo Bill Cody, the winning entry in a local contest."
The question was "...had an animal in their names...". "Buffalo" is part of their name, even though it references the city, it's still an animal.

Mitral Valve
Not very surprising to see JSC answering the medical question.
actually, it is a bit surprising seeing as the imtral valve is not part of the gastro-intestinal system. I'll bet jsc alone has paid for atleast a half dozen vacaction homes for lousyanna GI docs. They probably got a hospital wing named after him somewhere.

FloatiingHobo wrote:2. Who sang the theme song to "Bosom Buddies"?
Billy Joel - My Life
From Wikipedia......
The theme song for the opening credits was "My Life" by Billy Joel, although Joel's version was not used on the air. (The Internet Movie Database notes the cast sang the theme song, although this has not been verified.) Some reruns shown in syndication had a vocal version of the show's back credit instrumental theme, performed by
Stephanie Mills, used for the front credits, with "My Life" removed altogether.

Dude you give up too easy.
Was the City even named for the animal?
People are animals and 49ers (and Raiders and the like) are people.
Their name is the Bills not the Buffalo Bills.
Try
Something...

Maybe I should start offering prizes, like bad DVDs from my home collection and people would be more motivated.
