The rankings were put strictly in the hands of a mathematical formula so take it for what it's worth. Very well thought out process in compiling this list though...

Here are the best quarterbacks in the history of the NFL's other 31 franchises:

Vikings: Fran Tarkenton, Daunte Culpepper
Saints: Archie Manning, Aaron Brooks
Eagles: Donovan McNabb, Randall Cunningham


So why were Cunningham and Brooks (especially) so roundly dissed? and why do so many seem to relish Culpepper getting his clock cleaned with the Raiders? But mostly, why is Brooks so roundly dissed?

It's all based on a formula which is strictly stat-driven...they didn't factor in winning, which they should've.
