The brunette had loop choke from the start(full guard neck exposed hell she even have a guiotine(sp) if she wanted. to bad the only thing she knows about mma are from watching the UFC.
Dinds my guard is brutal we practice escape and mount wile top person goes for subs and ive gotten it down were i can stay in guard for 6 minutes without breaking a sweat!
Knowing how to fight on your back is my golden rule!
