Cal expectations....personal
I want Cal to beat the livin' tar out of Tennessee. Although completely unfair and without reason, the rest of the football world feels this game against the Hillbillies is a real litmus test for Cal and will only start to believe in Cal as a national power if it wins this game. Everybody knows that the UT football facotry wins as much as it does because the whole state comes out to see thar a'hired guns play after all the crops are harvested.
I expect Cal to methodically clobber and destroy (if JT will allow it) Colorado State and Louisiana something...'nuff said....
You know when every coach talks about an upcoming game as not having anything to do with revenge.....I say.....'HOGWASH and HORSENUTS!'....I want Cal to play like a conference champion and beat the 'zona cats silly like they should've last year...yes....I do not like Stoops, but he is making his players play real hang-in-there football; I like that, but I still want dirty unadulterated revenge which I like even more! eeehhhhaaahaaaaa....
As for the Oregon game, I want Jeff Tedford to separate himself from his past mentor and break this family tie crap with the Ducks. The TV announcers drive me nuts with their constantly citing the fact that Jeff coached at shameless Marketing U. Plus, like me, I know you all hate their ugly uniforms which make their football team look like 11 Ronald McDonalds running amuck.
Are you fuckin' kiddin' me, OSU ranked in the top 25? Cal destroyed these Holloween costumed clowns 41 to 13 last year. Nonesense, I expect Cal to do the same again this year too even though this is a home game in which the team and coaching staff seem to usually take a bye vacation on.
Ahhhhh.....I want Cal to light the torches of the L.A. mob who will be a'callin' for the
pucla coach's job. The pucla coach should be a'gamblin' in Las Vegas given all the lucky wins that he has had over the last two years. Anyways, I don't like the feeling that I'm a'gettin' that everyone is a'thinkin' that pucla might beat Cal this year just because they beat their rival East L.A. gang.
What can I say about ASU. Everybody in the pre-season once again states that ASU should be feared, but Cal manages to show, on a continual basis, that this fear is just a sick perennial Pac-10 sports writers' joke they play on the ever changing ASU football staff. I want Cal to perpetuate this joke; its my kind of humor!
Whazoo comes to Berkeley this year. Ha! There will be no American Indian voo doo curse helping these California transplants. I want this TV game to be a nice warm up before Cal plays you know who.
Well, I want Cal to make their BCS debut before a national audience. I want Cal to wipe that silly u$c coach's smile off his face. I want Cal to beat down the trojans and expose their...what is it?....their 24 or 25 year old quarterback for what he is.
As for the Dawgs, well, I want Cal to beat them before their crowd. Yes, I know, its a cheap payback, but a payback is a payback for all those past embarrassing Cal losses before such a homer crowd. So the UDub fans still need to eat humble pie dinners for awhile.....AHAHAHAHAAAAAAA....while they dwell upon past glories....didn't The Boss have a hit song "Glory Days" about the UDub fans.
Cal should once and for all punish the 'furds. Many of you know of my pet peeve. I don't like the fact Cal has let the 'furds hang around in the Big Game. So what that everybody says that the Big Game really isn't a big game when you refer to the Big Game. A real Cal fan knows it is a BIG GAME and screw the SAT scores.
I expect Cal in the Rose Bowl!!!!"
