Why wouldn't they want somebody like Cuban? I mean, sure he's a little out there, and he's the first one to offer up an opinion when he doesn't agree with the status quo; but I would think they would welcome someone that is proven a fan favorite, a "hands on" type owner, and one who puts money back into the teams he owns.

I would think they would welcome ANYTHING that would give baseball a better, more positive image (after the last 5 years the league has had).

Baseball used to be "America's pastime", but now the arguement can be made that it has not only dropped below football, but basketball as well.
