Missed the Viet Nam draft by one year, thank God and GOD. Never served. Too old to serve now even if I wanted to.

You have a problem with me you fucked up piece of shit? Of course you do, as you are a fucking maggot and a complete loser. Off yourself sooner than later. Nobody would miss you but rather celebrate your suicide. I know I would be happy you were dead and in Hell.

Toodles...

My husband is a Navy Submariner. He has 12 year in, and 8 more to go.

Brother's been in the Army for about 17 years, Desert Storm and O.I.F. veteran (twice).
My dad was in the USMC for 20+ years, Vietnam Veteran.
Grandpa was a rifleman in the Army for 4 years, WWII veteran. (he was slated to be a B-17 bomber tail gunner, but got lucky)
My other Grandpa was in the Army for 4+ years, WWII and Korean War veteran.

Just giving props to the men in my family, and thankful as HELL that they've all returned home (even WITH the purple hearts).

RACK all you who have served as well, and those who were lucky they never had to.

Well my grandad was a machine gunner in the Queens York Rangers.

Thought it was shit, so he left and met up with his brother and went on a two week binge. Beat the shit out of some people and got thrown in jail for three years for assault and desertion. He always used to say 'next time I'm helping the Germans' and hung a pic of Adolph on the wall.

Probably just a coincidence, but the military people in this thread are generally some of the dimmer bulbs on the T1B tree. But props to you for serving, whatever the reasons.

Active for six years, inactive reserve for two (ended in '98). Not eligible for the reserve because of how badly I shredded my ankle when I was in.
