UCLA just lost to the #1 team in the nation

Polls mean nothing. Utah today could've beaten any college team and probably the Super Bowl champs. The "Utes" played at a magical level.
We hired a former O line coach from Alabama, a former O coord. from Nebraska, and we have a "black" head "coach". The school that gave you Jackie Robinson and Angela fucking Davis will never concede that our "experiment" went awry.
We have 20 out of 22 starters returning from last year, along with who was once the # 1 rated High School QB - Ben Olson.
Logic dictates that UCLA would not lose a game to a team that had lost it's starting QB, starting RB, and 3 other starters prior to this game. Obviously, that QB Grady is the next Joe Montana and Oklahoma made a gregious error letting this stud go.
As long as UCLA remains politically correct in coaching color, we are not to be held accountable for our performance on the field. ANY suggestion otherwise will be dealt with harshly...and will be subject to action up to and including being labelled "racist" by myself and others that consider UCLA a basketball school and accept mediocrity as the standard for our football teams.
Sincerely,
Daniel A. Guerrero
Athletic "Director"
Ucla.

Where is he and how much eligibility does he have left?

Dorrell is the master of dicking-up just when it looks like his team is doing something and pulling something out just when it looks like he will get canned. But this is ridiculous, bitchslapped by an injury-bitten Utah-team? WTF? Did UCLA start buying into their rank too much?
The game coming-up against Wash will be big. Wash lost but at-least put up a fight against tOSU. The winner gets momentum back the lose could spiral down.

Lots of talk on the board about the "culture" and academia at UCLA vs. committment to competing in football. If the money is not going to be allocated to the dept, and the best we can afford to hire are the Toledo's and Dorrell's, then the A.D. needs to publically announce this.
Then, people like myself can go about lowering our expectations during the season and patiently wait for hoops season. Perhaps we can move the football program into the MWC if that is the level the "powers-that-be" seek to operate in....

UCLA couldn't defeat a beat up Utah team so you probably wouldn't want to that. Hell they couldn't even score a touchdown. Perhaps the Big Sky or the Great West (you could form a rivalry with UC Davis) would foot the bill. I'd suggest the WAC but that looks a little tough. Would UCLA schedule an OOC game with USC???
Just fucking with you dude.

All good suggestions; I will forward them to Westwood.

Then again, we can start our own conference:
Ucla
Notre Dame
Michigan
Tennessee
Florida St.
Georgia Tech
Nebraska

You need at least 1 more but let's make it a 10-team conference.
Please add:
Iowa
Colorado
Oklahoma St.

It's not race, it's just that UCLA is always slow to wack a coach due to inconsistancy and underachievement.
Sin,
Steve-O Lavin and The Blob Toledo.

You're probably right on that one.
