Iran confirms shelling Kurdish militants in Iraq
"Iran has confirmed for the first time it has been firing artillery shells on camps of Kurdish militants inside northern Iraq, saying the local authorities had not listened to its warnings."

Its our obligation under the G.C. to protect the citizens of Iraq from attack by a Foreign Power.Iran has committed an act of war on the USA because of

You're both right. The winner of a war is never considered a war criminal (i.e. Abe Lincoln, Stalin, Ho Chi Minh...)
Chimpy hasn't won any wars. He hasn't even fought any wars. Iraq is nothing but a successful invasion, followed up with a "Blind-leading-the-deaf, dumb, & blind" occupation.
