While their D is flat out awful, I have noticed a much different offense under Kragthorpe. He seems very unwilling to go deep with the pass the way Petrino used to. They'll still get their points, but opposing D's have to be picking up on the nickel and dime passing game right now.

i'm surprised about Kragthorpe too. he's in a bad spot now, too. players are gonna be thinking "we used to be better than this". and that's bad for upperclassmen leadership.

there was (i've heard) a lot of that last year with Colorado. after the first two losses you've got Barnett's juniors and seniors thinking we used to win the North and go to bowl games....now we're losing to Montana State and CSU. people forget that 2-10 team really should have beat Georgia in Athens last year 2 weeks after losing to Montana State in Boulder.

this has nothing to do with CU beating OU, btw. i think Hawkins is kind of a dufus sometimes...i'm just saying a couple L's and you might have some guys you were counting on quit on you or undermine the larger goal.

Andy Ludwig is the Utah OC now. He's has quite a history in punking teams with his offense in the past. David Carr and Bernard Berrian thrived under him.
