Vera has been training at Llyod Iriving's camp here in the DC area. Everyone ive talked to that trains there says dude is in tip top shape and even tapped Lloyd which is no small task considering Lloyd is a BJJ world champ.

I hope so. I really don't like Tim Sylvia.

Word is that the Vera/Sylvia winner gets to fight Noguiera for the now vacant HW title.

Sucks that the UFC couldn't get Fedor.
