Judith Regan is a whore of the highest order. Which makes her the perfect one to sink the Giuliani campaign.
“Defendants were well aware that Regan had a personal relationship with Kerik,” the complaint says. “In fact, a senior executive in the News Corporation organization told Regan that he believed she had information about Kerik that, if disclosed, would harm Giuliani’s presidential campaign. This executive advised Regan to lie to, and to withhold information from, investigators concerning Kerik.”

Not necessarily in the primary either. At best, Rudy's endorsement of McCain will have no impact on McCain's numbers in New York. As it was, McCain was starting to pull ahead of Rudy in NY. His Florida momentum would have only added to that with or without a deathbed endorsement from Rudy.
