If whoever wins the KU - MU game then goes on the win Big XII title game - that team will be playing for the MNC, no doubt.
OU's loss won't effect KU or MU in anyway whatsoever as it regards playing for the MNC, as long as they win out.

although i have to admit that I haven't seen LSU play much but the only offense that OSU has had trouble with is the spread. what does LSU run?Sudden Sam wrote:That would be interesting. I'd sorta like to see the Buckeyes slide back up there and play LSU. I really enjoyed last year's NC game.

If Missouri wins out, they'll leapfrog West Virginia to play in the BCS title game. Beating a previously undefeated Kansas team alone will see to that.
Having said that, I'm thinking that either Oklahoma or Texas pulls off the upset in the Big XII championship game, and West Virginia winds up in the BCS championship game.

As crappy as Texas has played at times this year I actually like our chances if we get into the BTCG. Our baby oline has started to grow up and our running and Passing game are really starting to click.
Our defense is still suspect, especially against the pass but we have enough D to lock down taco tech for 3 quarters.
I know I'm going into delusional homer mode but I think we are better than both Missouri and Kansas.
No matter, I wrote off this year long ago as a rebuilding year, I'm already looking forward to 2k8.

Regardless whether KU or MU win next week, I'd have a really tough time seeing OU over either as an "upset". Texas, maybe considered an upset and I'm not sure of that, but not the Sooners.Terry in Crapchester wrote:If Missouri wins out, they'll leapfrog West Virginia to play in the BCS title game.
