It's called a "Network Aware" virus attack.

Scan your PC from Safe mode with No Network....
here is the exact location if you want to delete the file.


C:\Documents and Settings\*\Local settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\WHQZCHMJ\index[1].htm

* = User name

I have it on good authority that it's actually called an "exploit script", what ever the fuck that is... and that it's being handled.
