Bills v. Miami

Post by Mike the Lab Rat »

My GOD by that was frigging awesome!

I hate WNY Dolphin fans with the white-hot intensity of a thousand suns, so I don't feel the slightest bit sorry for those assholes having their team make Trent Edwards look like Jim Kelly. And giving Buffalo an opportunity to have TWO running backs get over 100 yards in a game (Lynch got 107 and Jackson got 115)? Thanks, Miami.

What is particularly hysterical was how the local media kept desperately trying to make this matchup a "dangerous trap game" for the Bills. The Bills are definitely a rebuilding team, but this year's Dolphin team is the worst freaking professional NFL team I have EVER seen. The Dolphins weren't a threat in any way, shape, or form.

I really, REALLY hope that the stars align and that Miami goes 0-16 in the same year that the Patriots shatter the '72 Dolphins record. That way, Shula, Morris, and all the other a-holes who get dragged out to "share" their views can finally be silenced, along with all those obnoxious WNY Phin-fans who still desperately cling to a 35-year-old accomplishment to justify their obnoxious behavior. I may not like the Patriots, but I HATE the fucking Dolphins.

I think the Dolphins missed their chance to win against the Giants in London, the Bills following the bye and the Steelers on that rainy Monday night...it's 0-16 or bust. Gotta love Week 16...the Pats (likely) going for 15-0 and the Dolphins (likely) falling to 0-15.

What I like about that matchup is that many NFL coaches with a 15-0 team might choose to rest their starters, call off the dogs, etc. and not shoot for a win - but not Belichick. I figure that he'd love nothing more than to smash the ever-lovin' hell out of the Dolphins and let them know that his team doesn't want to just "join the club" (as Mercury Morris so generously put it), but take over the damned joint. Like I said before - I may not like the Patriots, but I sure as hell HATE the frigging Dolphins.

As badly as Baltimore played last night, next week's matchup scares the HELL Out of me.

They may start Troy Smith, too. Come on, B-More, get it done!

And RACK the Bills!
