The move may be essentially bloodless, because the county currently has about 600 vacancies.
Considering that's in AP's neck of the woods (I think, but then again my spreadsheet is kinda sorta out of date in that regard), maybe he even has a chance to move up in the world.
On second thought, naaaaaahhhh. Who am I kidding?
