I got a favor to ask of you...I'm looking for a pic(s) of Phillip Rivers mouthing off at Jay Cutler from Monday night's game. A link or posting some up would be greatly appreciated.

If nobody else posted anything on the subject, don't you think it a tad risky for you to waddle onto new ground?

So that's who he was running his yap at. I wasn't paying much attention as we were opening presents at the time, but I wondered.

So now the question is, why?

What gives Phil Leaf the right to run his dicksucker at anyone?

..curious...anyone catch Warren Sapp's melt Sunday? Couldn't find a peep about it in here! Oh but let a Bolt chide another player and holy sh!t it's the end! Now this is pretty much a smack forum, but the way some of you go off over a few taunts is clearly laughable. :meds: freekin classic.

Wow, Phylis Rivers looks pretty manly as he stands behind his big brothers and mouths off to the neighborhood bully.

Groovy.

See my 'Fallout' thread for a little about Sapp, Mike.

We don't pick on cripples. Yeah, and you can leave KC the hell alone also.

See above. A few years ago, that would've been totally ignored as well. Since Chargerfan is relatively new to all this attention, let me clue you in. It comes with the territory.

Be glad for the smack directed your teams way. It means they're relevant for a change. Just don't get used to it.

Notice too that Phillip Leaf does not enter the game after popping his mouth off.

Philip was just giving some "atta baby's" to his own teammates on the stop.

Chargers 64 Broncos 6 this year. I think the Broncos are just a wee bit upset with us anyway.

Probably more upset with themselves, though.

Rivers was just acting like all great NFL quarterbacks past and present do…remember when Montana, Marino, Elway, Favre, Unitas, Young, Star and Staubach all stood on the sidelines and talked shit to the other team? Me either
I like it thou, bad blood between division foes is a good thing.

When Sam Wyche was a backup QB for the 'Skins he would yell something like "die you dallas devildogs die!"

When the 'Skins were doing the Riggo Drill on the hapless Cowboys, center Jeff Bostic would yell to Randy White among others after breaking the huddle that the running play was coming straight for him. Which of course, it did.

Michael Irvin yelled at some diminutive Eagles cornerback to "get back on the Lucky Charms box" instead of trying to cover him.

I'm sure there are a ton of examples of healthy trash talk amongst rivals. Good times.

When the “Field General” is doing the trash talking it tells me he is riding the coat tails of his teammates. Nothing against the Chargers, they’re a good team, but the fact is your Quarterback is far from a top Quarterback in the NFL and it shows.

You'll get no argument there. Rivers has his moments but he still has a lot to learn (hopefully) and is prone to making dumb mistakes.

But it cracks me up that Chump Bailey complains about trash talking when it seems like that's all he was doing before the game.

Rivers was caught by the cameras jawing away while hiding behind a couple 300 pound linemen. He's like that little pussy on the playground who talks shit and runs away.

Who can forget his squeaky "act like you've been there before!" at the end of the playoff loss to the Pats in January. He sounded like Kevin Arnold when his voice was changing.

No question that Philip Leaf's immaturity could set the Chargers back for the future. he really is a little bitch.
