Most mock drafts I've seen have got the Lions going with a DB at #15 but of course it'll be a receiver, am I right?
The funny part of the Calvin Johnson pick...Martz pretty much talked Millen and Marinelli he had to be taken. Of course, CJ wasn't used as much as expected and Martz is out on his ass...glad to see that pick worked out well. Meanwhile, Joe Thomas had a great rookie year and helped the Browns become a playoff contending team.
Marinelli is supposedly in complete control of the team now with Martz out of the picture and Jim Colletto becoming the new offensive coordinator and Kippy Brown becoming the new assistant head coach. I'd expect a defensive player taken at #15 if Marinelli has any say. Ernie Sims two years ago was definitely a Marinelli pick and he's turned out to be a rare bright spot for the Lions.

Coupla points here, and I could be off, I suppose.
1. As I understand it, divisional ties are broken first using the playoff tiebreaker formula. Accordingly, Oakland picks before Kansas City, New Orleans before Carolina and Chicago before Detroit. For the 3-4-5 picks, since Oakland and Atlanta had same SOS, there should be a coinflip for the third pick. If Oakland wins, KC gets the fourth pick (weaker SOS than Atlanta) and Atlanta gets #5. If Atlanta wins, Oakland picks #4 and KC #5.
2. Denver and Buffalo had same records and same SOS. Denver beat Buffalo head-to-head, however, so if playoff tiebreaker format is then applied, Buffalo should pick before Denver.

The way I read it is Oakland and Atlanta coin flip.
As you said, if Atlanta wins then it's 3 - Atl 4- Oak & 5 KC
If Oakland wins coin flip then KC and Atlanta flip for the 4 spot
First time in my life I'll ever say this: Go Raiduhs
Although, if the Chiefs get to the flip vs. the Falcon I'm sure Herm will just call for a punt and play for field position

Cleveland's pick is yet to be determined based on the playoffs, even though they're not in. Washington and Tampa Bay both made the playoffs, and both finished 9-7. Cleveland finished 10-6.
Washington and Tampa Bay will both pick ahead of Dallas' pick from Cleveland unless one of them reaches the Super Bowl (they both can't). If neither reaches the Super Bowl, the Cowboys will pick 22nd (from Cleveland). If either of them reaches the Super Bowl, the pick moves up to 21st.

Assuming no trades that I don't know about, anyway.
Rest of the order to be determined by upcoming playoff action.
