Gotta love New England

Last week we had near sub zero temps and today it's hitting the mid 60's. A perfect chance to break out my amateurish smoker and do up some baby backs.

At first I thought this was supposed to be in the NFL forum.
I smoked some baby backs on New Year's Eve. Finished off with some of Indy Frisco's bbq sauce. Awesome.
