America's Army, the Army's free FPS game played over the web has officially saved someone's life...maybe:

"I used a towel as a dressing and asked the man to hold the towel on his wound and to raise his hand above his head to lessen the blood flow which allowed me to evaluate his other injuries which included a cut on his head," Galvanek said in a letter to the America's Army design team.

Saw that a few days ago... I know the training segment he talks about... I always thought the training was a joke but I'm glad someone was paying attention.


A new version of the game is due out in a year or so.. they are using a new engine.. I think it's going to resemble the Tom Clancy games.
