we don't get msgr. tom leykis out in God's Country, but I discovered Tom over the weekend and i am absolutely hooked. i listen to him regularly at work now. dude is the mv of talk radio: smacking down bitches, telling it like it is, basically speaking the truth in this fucked up world. i imagine many of you socal'ers have been listening to him for years and he's a breath of fresh air in this polluted, politically correct feminazi world we live in. the best tom moments are the hysterical, hand-wringing women who call up and try to get over on him, and they spectacularly melt on the air. you can't pay for that kind of entertainment.

i don't pay for radio. i listen to tom for free over the internet and his archives and podcasts are an absolute gold mine for new listeners.

While Leykis's show can be amusing at times, it's basically the same show every day. Gets old after awhile.

Check out http://www.971freefm.com out of LA. The Frosty, Heidi and Frank show that's on from 10AM-2PM PST is ten times better than Leykis. And yes, you can listen for free.
