How does you teaching children to maim and cripple each other relate with the topic of this thread?

no cripplings or maimings yet but this 185 lb 5-10 12 year old pitcher I have is going to put the fear of god in the opposing hitters from 48 feet away once we teach him to pitch inside

Trojie, the more you post about shit like that the bigger of an asshole everyone sees you for. It's nice that you keep the game fun.

You're going to teach a 12 year old kid to pitch inside? Wow, you're a piece of shit. When I was 12 I threw harder than everyone else but had control problems so my coaches always stressed pitching more towards the middle of the plate or the outside corner because they were afraid of what might happen if I tried pitching inside. 12 year old pitchers have limited control, so if you teach them to throw inside, you're just asking for batters to get nailed. And the first time a batter gets hit, you should have your sorry ass hauled off to jail.

Who the fuck makes 12 year olds practice 5 days a week? You're part of the reason the great sport of baseball has seen decreased popularity over the years. Kids don't wanna play ball 5 days a week (well, not most of them......I was one of the few that did), they wanna play video games. Don't you watch South Park???

we had rain the week before so we had make up practices.

first game was last night, 19-1 win in 4.5 innings (mercy rule) we stopped stealing bases and pressing when it was 12-0 in the 2nd. The big 12 year old didnt hit any batters, though 2 hit the dirt, in 3 innings of work he had 5 strike outs and gave up 0 hits, the kid I thought was a weak link has some nasty knuckle curve and struck out the side in the top of the 5th. The team we faced was supposed to be one of the 3 top teams in the division, this should be a fun year for the kids

Oh yeah it should be a lot of fun. With a coach like you the Bataan Death march would be more fun.

For all you know, M Club, I could be married to Schmick. She's a lot cuter than she comes across on the internet.

At the first practice I asked every kid what they wanted from this season and the first thing from every kids mouth, "win the title," the 9 carryovers from last years squad said they wanted to go "33-0." Look in any dug out and you will be able to see on the looks of the kids faces if they won or lost based on the fun theyre having, when we shool that other teams hand the other night, none of them were smiling afterwards, their coaches werent smiling, their parents werent smiling, but my kids were, my kids parents were, my assistant coaches were. I may run them more, drill them more, work them more at practice but come game day, the pay off shows and the smiles on their faces is worth it

Dude, you're EVERYTHING that's wrong with youth sports. Go get counseling, tell those meat head parents that they're 12 and in 5 years nobody's going remember a fucking thing about the little plastic trophy you won in little league. Unless you get them championship rings, and you wear yours trying to hit on women saying you're some sort of Casey Stengel.

All I got was a Hoody and a T shirt from last years team or this years team, the Champions shirts we only had made for the kids.
Whats wrong with youth sports is coaches that dont teach, coaches that dont care, coaches that dont drill and work on fundamentals, coaches that complain to the league officials that their team isnt as good or that other teams tried to run the score up. If the kids on my team want to win every single game then as their coach I need to give them the oppurtunity and tools to do so. If parents from other teams dont like it, they should take the time off to coach a team and try to beat my kids, or at least give them a game. The coach from the team we just played and complained will see what running the score up is, we could have easily won that game 50-0 and that will be our goal next time we play that team.

you're right, not giving my team the credit, we will go for 70-0, and will still be stealing bases, i know after they turn the score board off, Ill have my kids shout the score after each run

you dont try to get your golf team to win every match?

yesterdays game was a bit closer, Saturday morning games are tough, the kids made a few errors and had a bit of a struggle getting the sleep out of their eyes before finally waking up and pulling away late with a 16-4 score. Then we went to the Urban game to watch UCLA and USC beat up on a couple back east schools. The game was in Compton and some of the parents were "youre taking them where?" but it was a good time for the kids, we normally just go to UCI games. There was a play in the USC vs Southern game that was horrible. USC has a man on second and hits the ball to deep center field where the CF drops it, the guy scores from second base on the error and then during the next at bat, after a few pitches were thrown the Umps decide to call that dropped ball a catch, take the run off the board and end the inning. USCs coach protests and his thrown out of the game and the attitude in the stands was that the promoters of the game wanted one of the predominantly black teams to win and advance to the finals. In the 8th though the Southern pitchers couldnt find the strike zone and the Trojans put the game away.
USCs baseball team is going to struggle, Kreuter ran off too many pitchers and the team is too young, 18 new players this season is far too many

Every team I coach, I coach to win, but not to rub people's noses in it. Win with class, lose with class. You lack class. Teach the kids about what's right. Yes winning is important and life lessons are important but what point do you prove by running up a score? Did you get cut from your little league team?

we didnt run up the score in the first game, we called the dogs off in the 1st inning, the other coach complaining to the board that my team did run the score up or that the team should be broken up is why we will run the score up in the next game, not my fault hes a lousy coach or doesnt know how to draft a team.

Last nights game was UGLY, that coach should have spent some time preparing that team, I had all my reserves in in the second inning as the score was already 18-0. It's sad when they turn the score board off in the bootom of the first. I hope that coach can get his team prepared before we play them again in 4 weeks, its not even fun beating a team that bad, they couldnt hit, they couldnt catch they couldnt find the strike zone, they should have been a Little League team, they were ready for Pony

No doubt. The whole thread should be fodder for trots. That way, schmuck will at least have to scroll to the bottom of the page to relive his morbid fantasy of sucking a 12 year old cock.

Schmick, keep living though these kids. Maybe you'll get the biggest plastic trophy at the end of the year and you can put it on your desk at work for all to see.
