Chicago Bkalchawks: HOTTEST TEAM IN THE FEDERAL LEAGUE

Post by Screw_Michigan »

That's right, the fukkin' LBACKAHWKS have scored 13 goals in the last two games! I don't give a fuck if they are more than five points out of the playoffs right now, they're getting hot at the right time. I'm going to be at the game to see them fired up to return home to the UC after a seven-game road trip and absolutely DESTROY the avs Sunday. does darius kasparaitis still play for them? what a loser.

Trading Khabby anytime soon would be OUTSTANDING as well.

COMMIT TO THE INDIAN. i'll make sure to take some pics.

"this sucks. put a groin injury in here, or a map of florida. put some god damn tits in here!"
"put the lumber in his teeth and let him know you're there!"

That should be an interesting game with two teams getting healthy at the right time. Smyth is back and Stastny might be back for that one or he could be back for the game against the Wings next week. The Hawks get Toews back and Williams is supposedly coming back soon.

The injury bug is finally biting the Wings...Cleary out until the end of the regular season with broken jaw, Kronwall is hurt again, Hasek is nursing a hip injury and now Rafalski has a bum groin. I'm hoping this forces Holland to use that cap room and make a deal before the deadline. The defense looks awful without two of the top 4 in there and Osgood has been exposed in the last two games...7 goals in only 3 or 4 periods of play. I almost think they should start Howard in their next game.

it's amazing how much a first year player can impact a club. no coincidence that toews returns from injury and they're scoring 13 goals in two games.

hoping for a nice crowd tomorrow, even for a noon game. lord knows i'll only have been sober for four hours before the opening face off. first home game in three weeks and the team played well at the back end of a long road trip. we're in the first five rows of the upper level in the corner at the goal line at the end where the hawks shoot twice. we'll be taking the bus line from millennium station to the UC, so i'll make sure to report on all the project dwellers that hop on the line.

too fucking bad cheli's chili shut down in chicago. he can take all those career games and shove them up his ass for all i'm concerned.

Have you heard the latest...the Hawks have supposedly offered Peter Forsberg a three-year contract. Your thoughts?

my thoughts were the only team forsberg was going to sign with was philly and only if they paid him enough, which they obviously weren't willing to. multimillions for a quarter stretch run where he'll be iffy to play in most of them?

they had 21,700 at the blackhawks game yesterday, the most for a game since the united center opened 14 years ago. it was a great sight. they pretty much dominated the avs both on offense and defense. patty lalime had a good game too, should have had the shutout.

I'm rooting for the Hawks to win each and every time out these days. Along with the Kings, Lightening and every other team except for the Leafs who are participating in the Stamkos Cup.
