This will be very great. Watch the clip.

Partial lunar eclipses happen fairly often but this is only the 8th total eclipse of the moon so far in the 21st century. And there will only be two lunar eclipses this year. The next one will be in August but that one will just be partial. There won't be another total eclipse of the moon until 2010. So catch this one on Wednesday night. It should be pretty spectacular. The moon will glow a red color and then disappear behind the earth's shadow.

Don't miss it and pray for clear skies.

I'd like to squeeze your cranium between my douche-beaters until your eyes were eclipsed forever.

I'm down with astronomy like anyone else, however, I would give your right arm to see dan vogels trachea eclipsed by some forcips way before the 20th.

What a freaking dimwit.

Oh, and by the way "douche-beaters" will be some stolen material, I'm laughing as I type.

Actually, I don't think I'm really done yet, Dan. Can you have the decency to scrub the quim rind out of your wife's foul gully? Those of us who make afternoon visits to your domicile (it's downright CRIMINAL how quick a fed will palm a fin) would really appreciate it. And by the way...mvscal has worms now. Don't you take your dogs in for checkups? ASSHOLE.

I can't believe you posted that after he asked so nicely for you to stay out of this thread. Very rude.

BTW, I have nothing to say here.

Total eclipse of the moon..? Isn't that basically the same thing as a typical mvscal visit?

Why do you torture us with your torture Dan?

8 times in 8 years seems fairly often to me, Dan.

What's your next thread topic going to be?

Coming soon, "St. Patricks Day" - This is only the 8th St. Paddy's day so far in the 21st century. Don't forget to wear green.

Edit: Holy shit, Dan. This is a Leap Year. Major topic mileage to be made with that epic quadrennial event. Nevemind that lame St. Patricks day suggestion. I mean shit, how often does one see a February 29th?

Is "Jesse Richuso" your son, Dan?

You must be proud. He's doing great!

Btw, I've got my lube, my CD of "Total Eclipse of the Heart," which I plan on turning up (shame on me. ha ha), and will have my cheeks spread wide, for my lover. How about you?

Let's face it, this is a pretty romantic occasion, and forgive me for saying so, but how in the gosh darn heck could you forget to include mvscal's favorite song, in your initial post?

What is it with the sassy attitude? I just put this thread up as a public service announcement. That's all. I didn't think I'd have to come in and have someone wanting to fight about it. What is with the general mood of this board? This is a message board not a fight club. It's just a notice that there is a worthwhile natural event coming up. Watch it or not it's up to you. I'd recomment for people to view it. And if you have children you should expose them to these things too. It makes for more well rounded people. Better than just having them sit like zombies in front of the Tv or computer all the time.

Have a nice week!

Yeah, we know what you’re exposing your kids to, Dan. The only thing getting well rounded is their heels.

Now will this be the 8th or the 9th St. Paddy's day of the 21st century?

More than likely, it's up to cloud cover. I'll watch it if the skies are clear. Either way, it won't be the first time I've witnessed a total lunar eclipse. They happen in totally predictable, regular intervals, so I guess the awe and fascination you hold for it just doesn't get me all that worked up. It's a freaking shadow, that's all, Copernicus.

Oh, and btw Goobs. It will be the 8th if I'm not mistaken. Technically speaking, the 21st century officially began on Jan. 1st 2001. I'm sure someone will correct me harshly if that's wrong, but I believe that this decade and all past are measured 1 thru 10 not 0 thru 9. Just as a century is measured 01 thru 100 and not 00 thru 99

Figgered it out.

Dan is telling us something about his wife's "moon cycle". He thinks that we might not visit when her gash is chanting, "ROLL CRIMSON TIDE".

No such luck. Our units are washable.

For the Douche Crew, "eclipse" means regret and sadness...it's the time where DoucheBag's big round ass finally gets put away for the night, after hosting their grimy peckers and puka beads for hours on end. Slim in particular always took it pretty hard.

I need to see Dan's son, explain this whole "lunar eclipse" thing to me, just to calm down, given the cloudy skies outside.

It was mostly clear in our location. And it was spectaculare and entertaining. It was a little chilly but we had hot chocolate and my wife made some brownies for us earlier yesterday. My waistline isn't happy and I'll have to get back on my new years resolution but it was so good. I brought out a few lawn chairs and Tony and Susan even came out to watch it for a bit. They got a kick out of it. Good time.

I hope it was good for you too.
