...might be the greatest player in the history of the Denver Nuggets against San Antonio on 03/07/08. He's dominant. It's like he's wearing the colors of the not-gay state school again. That's all I've got on that.
The confession: I actually watch more NBA ball than college ball nowadays. I'm not entirely sure why anymore, but unless it's an OU game, a Top 25 game, or a superstar player that I haven't seen much of yet, I don't really tune in to college basketball anymore. I sat here tonight watching the NBA instead of the Duke / UNC hype. What is happening to me?

Re: Eduardo Najera... and a Confession
i watch the Nuggets once or twice a week and Eddie has had a really good year. The Nuggs will turn around and lose to the Timberwolves or someone next week, that's just the way they are. Melo is good for 1 or 2 effort games a week and the rest of time he's out to get his "30" and play matador D. on his off nights, he's basically a rich man's Ron Mercer. and JR Smith, all time knucklehead.
but, Eddie's seems less bulked up and i think it's helped him stay relatively healthy. they've turned him loose from beyond the arc some....which is nice to see for Sooner fans who remember him as someone who could score the ball. He and AI also have a really nice "chemistry" on the O end...Eddie makes some nice cuts to the hoop for an easy deuce when the Nugs run their "everybody stand around and watch AI dribble" set.
and all the hustle stuff. he's good for 2-3 tip outs to a teammate per game on boards he's got no busy getting. couple steals when the other team is lazy with the ball, etc.
outside the year that K. Martin got hurt and Camby was out (2-3 years ago) and the Nuggets had the great record after the all-star break....this is Eddie's best year in Denver IMO.
