These two hoods main dedication in life is to crack cocaine. You could give them all the education and healthcare and job opportunities galore. It's not what motivates them. They don't care about providing for their kids and maintaining a clean and happy home. Their only interest as soon as they roll out of the sack in the late afternoon is to get that first crackhit. All the funding of every available program out there wont change a thing. IN fact, the best opportunity out there for these two is to enlist and go to Iraq. At least it'll keep them away from crack for a year or two.
