While a few of you will probably be trying to make appointments, and IRIE will be hastening to sign up for Hygentist school, personally, I think this is some pretty sordid stuff. Rack him, though, for MacGyvering the 58 year old's pudhole...pretty slick.A 19-year-old woman told the court she had wisdom teeth pulled on Dec. 26. When she awoke in the recovery room, she said, the doctor was forcing her hand on his genitals, rubbing her chest with his other hand and saying, "That's a girl."
An 18-year-old recalled going to Dr. Boyda when she was 13 to get a lump removed from her inner lip. She testified that when she awoke from anesthesia the doctor had wrapped her hand around his genitals and said, "that's a girl," and "good girl."An 18-year-old who needed wisdom teeth extracted testified that when she awoke from surgery Aug. 14, 2006, Dr. Boyda's genitals were exposed and he forced his penis in her mouth. When a nurse or assistant passed by the open door, she said, he pivoted to hide what was going on.
She said she told her mother when she got home, but didn't report the offense until she heard about Dr. Boyda in the news, because "Who really wants to admit that?"
A 58-year-old recalled awakening after her four front teeth were extracted in Dec. 2006 and feeling Dr. Boyda's penis in her mouth.
A 22-year-old who had a procedure on Nov. 9 said she awoke to find him rubbing his penis against her lips. "I looked at him. I made a waving motion and said 'No,' " she said. "He said, 'Shhhh, it's OK.'"
