Probably no rules on it, I remember some kids form smaller schools around where I grew up that got letters from Nebraska when they were the shit and I knew in no way they could play for the Huskers. "a white RB"

if he is guilty, he should be puished, he's still a 12th grader at Dominguez High School in Compton and most of the charges have been dropped, it seems he was just giving someone he knew a ride, after that person commited a robbery
