He should have been in jail a long time ago for his horrible haircuts in The Demolition Man, Sugar Hill, New Jack City, and the Blade trilogy

Federal prisoners serve 89% of their sentence per the latest statistics. Barring an appeal and reduction in sentence, he's looking at about 32 months time served.
