ESPN is getting very sloppy

McShay gives his grades of each division via video and says the Texans moved
up to get Duane Brown. Then he adds that he thought the Texans gave up way too much to get Brown. Umm, Toddie, I'm not sure if you were watching the draft on Saturday, but the Texans moved down and received two extra picks to get Brown. Last I checked that is not defined as giving up something. It means they received something.
Tard.

ESPN shit the bed this year. Maybe it had something to do with there only being 10 minutes rather than 15 between 1st round picks
When Goodell was making the annoucement that KC had selected Dorsey, the camera was on Berman and company making noises at each other. That happened several times, and it was pissing me off.
The story isn't all about you talking heads, ok?

Um, Corky, you might want to rethink your angle here.
When one decides to point out errors in another's comments he should likely take care not to cornhole the chihuahua himself.
Follow carefully, now, Cork. The Texans moved from 18 to 26. They GAVE UP position 18 and the possibility of drafting any of the players that were taken between 18-25. Slowly, for your understanding, that is 8 positions that they GAVE UP to get an extra 3rd, a 6th, and then used that 26th pick on a project Tackle. So McShay gets a -1 for a brain fart, you get a -10 for a serious case of "stuck on". Remember when we traded down away from Derrick Johnson to take Travis Johnson? That work out well? They GAVE UP Mendenhall to take a project tackle and a scat back with fumbleitis.
Tard.
My name is Maximus Moronicus Rumpleshitstain, and I approved of this message. Soooooey

Getting? ESPN is nothing more than infotainment when it comes to sports news and has been ever since the blogosphere started kicking their ass for story scoops.

Hey dumbass, you might want to go back and re-read what I posted. McShay said the Texans 'moved up' to get Brown. No they didn't.
Tard.
Rack what R-Jack said.

You bet your roadrashed ass they can. Utah is a tough place to play, but momentum and confidence is on the Rockets side. If the Rockets win game 6, then they will be booking flights to LA.

That is the definition of trading down you stupid fuck.
Oh yeah, how do you give up on eight draft positions you don't own?
Dadgum but stupid comes in all shapes and sizes these days. The Texans GAVE UP the 18th position. Yes, they traded down, thus GIVING UP the opp. to draft the subsequent players taken before the 26th pick.
They didn't give up ON 8 draft picks, they traded their 18th pick. They moved down. Which means they GAVE UP way too much. They could have drafted Mendenhall. They gave up that opportunity to move down and draft squat.
McShay is essentially accurate. His problem was a misspeak. Rumps' problem is of quite a more tardian nature. Interesting bedfellow you've chosen...
2 teams make a trade. Both sides give up something. Both sides get something back.
Should I get Marcus to give your denseness a lift?
I love semantical morons...

Reread my post, Cork, and you'll see (errr...or can't, likely) that I fully understand McShay's error. Your error was just quite the lot more idiotic.
Last I checked that is not defined as giving up something. It means they received something.
This was your statement, not McShay's. Now, one last time. What did the other team receive? And who gave it up to them?
I'm having flashbacks to teaching ninth graders and the blank looks...
