Should anyone who has expressed their love and admiration for A Flock of Seagulls and Warrant really be calling anyone else a "tard"?

A Flock of Seagulls actually weren't bad. I saw them open for The Police back in 83 and they put on a fairly good show. But liking Warrant is totally indefensible. They were truly the dregs of "hair metal".

Hey, I'm not comparing them to Zeppelin or anything. I'm just saying it's not like they totally sucked. They were a decent opening band whereas Warrant wasn't even remotely tolerable.

So you saw them live? Listened to their albums? On what do you base this opinion?

I had a chance at one point, but I ran... I ran so far away. And I ran, but that shit got airplay... I couldn't get away.

Sorry, bud, but let's just dispense with the messageboard back-and-forth posturing, and lets just agree to have you drop your whole "I actually SAW FLOCK OF SEAGULLS LIVE, DAMMIT, so I have unique perspective into the subtle nuances that was Flock Of Seagulls"...

Shall we? Since this is only going to end badly for you... way too much blood in the water at this point.

So you base it on the one song you heard that got played to death on FM radio and MTV.

That's exactly what I thought you would say.

Not the same fucking band, douchenoggle. Warrant was never capable of putting out such a masterpiece like "18 and Life."

Thanks for, once again, confirming your idiocy.

Or is it the new policy to let mods change posts that make them look foolish?

Gonna deal with that, PSUFan? If not, I will.

To be honest, cunt, I meant to hit reply but I must have accidentally hit edit on your post instead. I didn't realize that happened until you pointed it out. For that, I must apologize.

And just what are you going to do about it, anyway, colon cleanser? Big tough talking douche. Get fucked.

It's happened to just about every mod on this board at some time. Not that Dins couldn't now edit it out of his post.

Yup. It's happened to me in the Golf Forum, as you know.

Of course I, and every other mod I've seen make the misyake, has actually admitted the mistake, and out the blame squarely upon their own shoulders, and never dreamed of trying to minimize it by insulting the "victim."

But how fucking ironic the dickweed used the word "cunt" towards someone else... since he's writing the Cunt's Operating Manual in this very thread. Because chastizing OTHERS for one's own mistake is a cunt move of the highest order...

And PSU and Co. need to deal with it.

Big difference between Warrant and Skid Row.

Was that the clarification that you were seeking from me here, Dins? Glad I could help.

No one who can clack out Dead lyrics from memory should be expected to also understand said difference. We're actually friendly to Dead fans around here, when we can stop pitying them, and fending off their efforts to sell us ties or ice cream or hog nipple futures or sweet yarmulkes.

Speaking of Dead should new wave fans actually die, then we'll put their names up on the lights, what's more. I hope we've earned your trust in this regard-imo.
