two-time losers shouldn't receive stimulus checks

and in this occasion of two-time loser, we're not referring to Atomic Puke. a friend of a friend (but not my friend) is a two-time convicted felon currently serving six months in a county jail for stealing a tv from an outdoor deck at a sports bar while on probation for a previous felony conviction of blow possession at a casino. yeah, real bright. and i just found out that even HE got a stimulus check.
let me think here: two-time convicted felons should NOT be receiving handouts from the government. let's make it known that this loser pays minimal taxes as the only jobs he takes are under the table because he refuses to get a "real" job and he can barely hold on to those jobs for more than a few months at all. this dude does not deserve a fucking check.
what's the cut-off for not receiving a stimulus check? strike three? being in a prison and not a jail? jesus fucking christ.

Neely, according to the IRS website, numbers from 88 to 99 checks will be cut "on or before July 11." So it is feasible that you might not get yours until July 13-14.

Nope. For those who filed an extension the checks will come but probably not until September.

There’s another possible kink. If you used Turbo Tax to file your return AND specified that the filing fee should come out of your refund, then your rebate check will be mailed within the next two months, not direct-deposited.

Why is anyone getting a stimulus check. Just make the damn tax cuts permanent. At least most of you guys are giving your money to the local indians, most people are going to buy a new TV or other electronic device and we will see more of our currency finding its way overseas.
