This Art Bell caller from '97 claimed the government knew in advance a good portion of the disasters that have happened since, both man-made and natural disasters. So, is the town of Greensburg being made an example of for the rest of us to digest how they are rebuilding and going as green as possible in doing it.

That doesn't surprise me at all.
Based on shotgun accuracy, I'd say that Cheney is prolly related to ol' Wile E. Coyote as well.
