College costs are rising and we have been handing out in-state rates to kids from other COUNTRIES. Here's hoping S. Carolina's new bill banning them completely makes its way around the country. Either that or at least in the Red states and let the Blue states deal with this.

I agree that in-state tuition discounts shouldn't be available to illegal immigrants. How would that even be possible in the first place?

Fundamentally speaking, though, I'm still hoping to see tougher measures considered for those who make the employment of illegals possible. Do that, and you start to get a handle on illegal immigration.

Raising the standards of potential employee identification requiremnts would be a good step. As it stands now, these fuckers show up with a bogus SS# and a picture ID and you can't say squat.
