I just renewed the
cfbpickem.com domain. I have hosting for it already. I made the 2007 site using Frontpage (and it looks like it). If you have some free time and creativity, put together a better looking page/site/template and we'll use it.
Sounds like I might have a rainy day/weekend project for August...
If I can dig it up...I tried to make a Big Ten website for a class project many moons ago. That could be a decent template to work off.
