He doesn't necessarily need to go to New Orleans. But the POTUS yucking it up at the RNC while a major American city is flooded for the second time in 3 years under his watch is simply bad politics. Then again, there's a reason Chimpy's approval ratings are under 30%, so party on Dubya.

Memo to God:

There are absolutely no Acts of God ( especially hurricanes that flood shithole city's below sea level ) allowed after the Messiah Muslim Obama is elected.

It is all the Republician's and George Bush's fault that the City of Nawlins is going to be hit by a hurricane. Who is POTUS has EVERYTHING to do with the timing of said hurricane..err.. natural disaster.
