Oh please Q, thats weak of you and your democrat friends. He said hed meet with the Spanish leader if he was friendly to the US. Maybe the leader of Spain did something recently to distance himself from the US? Why did the interviewer specifically ask McCain if he would meet with the Spanish leader and not say Hugo Chavev or Raul Castro?

Perhaps there is a story here we dont know about.

Oh and thanks Spain for chipping in 1000 troops in Afganistan. What were they there for? Tend the sheep flocks?

Listen to the audio of the interview. McCain is asked about the Spanish guy and his response totally sounds like he thought the guy was a Latin American leader.

I LISTENED TO THE WHOLE INTERVIEW before I posted. Your biased Q! Your looking for any angle to play the age card, Weak. And, the huffingtonpost???? Thats unbiased commentary, rolleyes big time.

It doesnt sound to me like McCain thinks Spain is in Latin america at all! It sounds like he might have a beef with the Spanish president and is kind of pissed about him. He politley answers that he'll meet with any leader thats cool with the US. I think thats a polite way of saying that the Spanish leader may not be kosher.

Did you see on townhall.com where Obama thinks Canada is actually a European country? More rolling eyes.

The interviewer was using some odd blend of Spanglish when asking her questions. lol

I don't think, honestly, that McCain understood her words until she asked it the third time ... when she said it slowly and clearly.

Memo to the McCain campaign: Send Palin in to pinch hit curve ball pitchers.
