m2 goes like this...
My workout is a body part per day and the entire body is worked in a 5 day period.
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Legs
I do abs at the end of each workout for 10-15 minutes and calves on every other day.
Each day I go for 45-60 minutes or so.
Nutrition is just as important as the workout.... without it, you're just wasting your time.
-It's good to hear that you're taking care of the family with some fitness. Once you fall in love with the workout... it becomes easy and just part of the day. Some people despise going to the gym... because they don't see results right away. It'll take most people about 6 months before they see the results that they are looking for. I've never have gone to the gym for the way it makes me look (kick ass) but for the way it makes me feel and how everything in life just seems to come easier.
Keep up the good work, 88

i usually run about 10 miles a day. when i'm finished i get my jack lalane on and bust out about 250 pushups and 500 situps. when the blood's finally flowing i jog over to 24 hour fitness to work the free weights and afterward get in a little stairmaster. i come home and shower before biking over to the park and playing pickup hoops for an hour or so. i've been on this routine for nearly two years and my bwi is still over 30.

it's right about the time people actually vote to have their state constitutions address something so trivial as gay marriage that i wonder why people who "aren't" gay spend so much talking about homosexuality, and in such great detail.
