When a loss is OK

i have been crying about Eberflus and Dave christiansen being piss poor coords for years.

they have been fraudulently hyped by shit sites like Rivals as the next great Head Coach hire(DC especially).

these 2 fucking tards should of been run out of town 5 years ago, Dave C saving grace as well as Eberflus, was Chase Daniel and the offense. it blinded their inept ability. they have no clue how to make adjustments.

this also shuts the Homers fucking up, the National title bullshit, watching games and posting on tigerboard how they suck, ah, who sucks now jerkoffs. Mizzou is a good team, but the idiot coaches didnt keep the kids heads in right place, they believe smoking a shit NUBS team was impressive, yipeeee. who hasnt smoked nebraska lately??? they were not ready to play. Not calling a review on the fumble at midfield. What kind of shit coaching is that? it was a clear fumble. Who doesnt have people watching that, to call down and have them review it??? It was a huge play early, OSU got 7, instead of losing the ball and MU having it at the 48.

Chase Daniel the gimmicky short prick. takes him 17 throws to get 80 yards. Dink and Donk sucks. no bones about it, its stupid. throw the ball down fucking field. And in another game, Daniel chokes it away. Nice mohawk asshole. I have never been a fan of the dink and donk, and never will. You stretch the field, not throw 43 5 yard patterns. he tried to force, cause his shit 3 yard out was covered and 3 ints. big game James he isnt. Defense stepped up to stop OSU and give them a shot, and Chase pisses himself.

And this wearing #25, give it a fucking rest. the fucking kid died 2 years ago, let him rest, the worms have.

I said Okie st is good, No one is going to stop them for a whole game, they have the weapons to get a shot at going to big12 title game.

teams that impressed me in week 6:

PSU
OSU
Tejas
Florida

I haven't been in the forum this season so I won't pile on. But be careful what you wish for, you might get it.

For years I wanted Texas to dump Greg Davis, and to tell you the truth I was wrong. The guy is a hell of an OC and it has only been the last 3 years that I have come to appreciate how good he really is. As much as you want to believe that Chase Daniels is succeeding in spite of the coaching, think again. He is succeeding because your QB coach, OC and him have developing excellent chemistry. Offensive execution is as much about chemistry as it is about talent.

It spite of what you have been blabbering about you should realize that the talent level at Missouri is on par with OSU but it is not better. But after watching guys like Dez Bryant I'm sure you understand that. Just know this, the talent level at Texas and Oklahoma is still much much higher. You will see that on Saturday.

There is a great challenge for both schools this week, it is called focus. Can Missouri put the loss behind them and regain focus, and can Texas put the win behind them and set their sights on Missouri. The team that does is the team that wins.

As far as OSU goes I'm still not sure how good they really are, I part of me thinks they caught UM looking forward to Texas the other part thinks they are pretty damn good. Either way Texas is going to have to bring their A+ game if they want to beat them cause they have come so close to beating us so many times you know they are looking forward to playing us like rabid wolves.

when Pinkel went for the FG at the half yard line, i said then to my buddies, he's playing not to lose.

if you cant get 1/2 yards with a high powered offense, then you shouldnt be #1 or 2 or 3 or 4.

i think that MU was just as much living fat off beating Nebraska in Lincoln for the first time since 78 last week (after a bye week in which all the preparation was for NU)....and it certainly couldn't help knowing UT had won and being #1 was possibly at stake that night or at least next week.

Sets up pretty good for UT. they get both MU and OSU in Austin the next two weeks and then travel to Tech. if they get through that, they are looking pretty good for a rematch with either MU or KU in KC.

7th ranked Taco Tech, for one.

Agreed, and I think it points to Pinkel's arrogance and over confidence... almost saying "aw well, that won't matter in the end".
Well, it wound up biting them in the ass.
And this wearing #25, give it a fucking rest.
Agreed again. I'm superstitious and this probably sounds stupid, but damnit, let somebody else where the damn number, not your Heisman candidate QB.

No fucking shit, that was weak. So is not having a formation in your playbook designed to get one fucking yard. And to top off the idiocy, if you'll remember Washington lined up to take a direct snap 5 yards behind the line and ran the ball straight into the line, not gaining an inch, but they got to replay the down because OSU was offside. So what do they do with the 2nd chance? They do the exact same fucking thing, and again don't gain an inch.

So they kick a FG and I'm pulling what's left of my hair out. Damnit, even if you don't score a TD on 4th down, you leave them pinned at their own half-yard line.

arrrrrgggggghhhhhh!!!

Damnit adel, just when I had cooled down and accepted the loss, you get me all riled up again.

The difference between me and Trix is that my school was undefeated and ranked #5 before Saturday, now if Iowa was ever close to #5 and undefeated you know Trix would probably have 6 threads going extolling the greatness of Ferenz and Iowa football. I on the other hand will probably not be back until after November if then.

To tell you the truth outside of the OU game, I've only watched the Arkansas game so it has nothing to do with not being in the forum but just not having time to do anything fun.

Wow can't believe I forgot that, still same difference. When Texas loses (and they likely will) I won't be around but not because they lost but because I don't have any time. Jon and Trix show up when things are good and disappear when they are bad.

Pinkel definitely did a little bedshitting there, but ya knew it'd happen once this season.

Thing is Mizzou doesn't have the overall talent of an OU/Texas, they have select difference-makers. When their biggest difference-maker in Daniels has an off-day they just aren't the same team and will struggle to overcome. But I don't see Daniels and the O being off two weeks in a row. Mizzou will be rolling against Texas, should be another shootout. I have a hard time seeing the horns getting through the OU, Mizzou, OSU, Tech, and KU minefield unscathed. That is a damn tough group. I think the Horns finish 11-1.

A loss is OK if it's by less than 50 points.

why would i cry? i had to rant, i'm tired of dink and fucking donk football.

i would rather them lose stretching the field, while also running the ball.

not only running 2-3 times, then going almost completely away from it, because you have no fucking clue what else to do, but the stupid stretch play. Dave C is a hack. He better give Chase Daniel his Bowl bonus. He made him look good.
