Does anybody have a cornish hen recipe

We decided to make cornish hens for Thanksgiving. Probably with new potatoes.
A few years ago, I got a great one from Panther but, time goes on and recipes are lost. And message board search bars don't turn them up. Eh. It happens.
Anywho, much thanks in advance to anybody who can give me a great one.

My ancestry is Cornish.
Therefore, I'm not at liberty to divulge our secrets.
I'd go with a great big wood smoker (<- work with me here).

It was quail in the movie, but it looked pretty good and you could prolly do with cornish game hens.

The real recipe (with truffles) can be found here (good luck):

The problem would be having a recipe a certified tard could follow. Sorry.
