This is the biggest game in the PAC 10 this year.... and should be a good one.
If Longshore gets the start.... it could be a long day.
If Riley is OK'd to play after last weeks concussion.... I think Cal makes this a game.

While U$C shits the bed when they head to a place that rains more than once a year...
The Beavers quiver in fear.... when they see the Bears enter their domain.
Last two games in Corvallis...
Cal 49 Oregon State 7
Cal 41 Oregon State 13

4th....
take the condoms and bury the points......
Cal will get assraped. Granted I'm pulling for the Bears but who knows.
Seriously, if the Bear defense can control the SC offense which is very mediocre now they may be able to score enough to win the game. Best bet for Cal....don't get into a shootout. Eat clock and keep it low scoring.

38-0 USC
But if I was Carroll, Id run it up even higher. USC only scored 56 on Washington and dropped 2 spots, they should have scored 90, the goal for each of the last 4 games should be 100-0 in each game

too bad no SEC teams had the balls to come to LA and play the Trojans, 70-17 would look good on the resume this year. USC could go there and win 50-14 too

Well you did go to Oregon State and lay an egg. try winning all the games in your conference then pop off. It's nice that between the two Washington schools their only win is vs. Portland State and one of your non con wins is vs. Virginia who barely beat Richmond and got hammered by Duke.
Why did Ok St. drop below $UC after losing on the road to Texas? At least they lost to a ranked team. Keep bitching about the West Coas bias. the Pac-10 sucks ass this year and $C is suffering in their SOS because of it. I love it......

Ummmm.... they beat Washington State 39-13.
If you don't beat Washington State by at least 40 points.... you should automatically be dropped from the top 25.

You have a problem with this ??? Let's hear it.
Most people have an argument to go with their disagreement.
But, not you.
Or we at least haven't heard one yet.
Maybe you think if you talk enough shit... it'll just stick.
Who knows.... the SoCal's aren't too bright.

Using logic with you is like talking to a fucking wall.
So by your logic if a team doesn't win by a certain amount then they should be dropped from the top 25. OK, then drop $C out of the top 25 because they lost to Oregon State because they were a 20+ point favorite. While you're at it drop them out of the top 50 because they barely beat Arizona.
Furthermore why not drop Cal out of the top 25 because they lost to Maryland who lost to Mid Tenn State and barely beat Delaware and lost to Virginia who barely beat Richmond.
Your logic.....and I use that term in a very liberal manner is flawed. I'm rooting for your bears this week because of local so cal ties and because it's the lesser of two evils vs the condoms. Part of me hopes they get ass raped but I can't see myself rooting for a trojan unless I'm wearing one.
Go away for a while and try to come up with a better argument....wait, you don't have one.

Ummmm..... who the fuck is comparing wins and loses... other than you ?
It was a real simple statement that obvious flew over your head.
Let me try this again and maybe you can show me where I'm comparing wins and loses... and you can point it out to me.
"If you don't beat Washington State by more than 40 points.... you don't belong in the top 25".
Let's remember.... this is a team that asked the "student body" to come and try out for QB on the team.
Just about every PAC 10 team that has played the Cougars.... has had their 3rd and 4th team in for the 3rd and 4th quarters.
But, not Okie State... they had their 1st team in the whole game and won by a mind boggling 26 points and at one point had a 12 point lead in the 4th quarter against a team that could get beat by De la Salle high school.
Speed and more speed will be back and coming to L.A.

Thats good, put your hopes in a soft headed QB fresh off of another concussion and who cant even remember taking in tests in class on Tuesday to lead your team to a win on the road in the Mausoleum. Cush, Matthews, Griffin, Maiava, Moala and Maualuga will love hitting the guy so hard his brains ooze ouf of his ear holes. That "Eject" button on Bests elbow brace that causes him to drop more balls than a youth choir isnt going to help keep the pressure off of the soft headed Riley or Longshore after Riley gets knocked out of the game from repeated blows to the head from the Trojan pass rush.
Its going to get ugly, hopefully the Trojans run it up as a big fuck you to the computer geeks, Cal has already lost to USC 60 times (making them the Trojans #1 bitches) and it's about to be 61

Um, try and follow me here dumb ass. You wrote this line of genius:
"If you don't beat Washington State by more than 40 points.... you don't belong in the top 25".
Well if one team did and one team didn't wouldn't that be comparing wins and losses.
It was a real simple statement that obvious flew over your head.
No, it didn't fly over my head. It landed on my desk and I gave you a retort. Now you're trying to backpedal because my making sense threw you for a loop
Let me try this again and maybe you can show me where I'm comparing wins and loses... and you can point it out to me.
I already did that. Quit trying, your feeble little brain is going to explode.
Let's remember.... this is a team that asked the "student body" to come and try out for QB on the team.
and what the hell does that have to do with anything?

Ok, it's becoming quite evident that you SoCal's are just too slow to even play with.
No, the subject of the text is comparing "points".
Now that we've lost track of the subject of this thread... it's seems like a good time to get back on track here.
Toejam..... is under the false impression that the "Spoiled Children" will pitch a shut out and win by 38 points.
It seems that everyone else is about as delusional as our favorite short bus driver and child abuser.... just by looking at the pick contest.
Let's here some score predictions here... this should be interesting.

If the weather is good, about 45-35 USC, or thereabouts.
Better top-to-bottom talent at SC, although neither team looks to have the overall solidarity in the "team concept" that they usually do.
But, since I'm PAC10 Honk, I don't bash KAL as much as the rest of this forum, and I'll actually give them credit for having a much faster defense than most people realize... lots and lots of spped on that D.
Offense looks lost in the fog every time I see KAL play, though.

Miss just one tackle on Best..... and it's lights out !
There's not a player on your team with a chance in hell that can catch him.
#2 in the NATION.... all purpose yards per game.
So, Greg... let's hear it.... what's your score prediction ???
Against the #1 team in the NATION.... in interceptions.

USC is giving up 7.1 points per game, if Cal doesnt get some turnovers and a short field, they'll get shut down. If Sanchez protects the ball and Sark can avoid being his normal predictible self calling plays this game is a blow out. If its not 38-0 Ill say 45-10

When Jahvid Best is taking a break.... he'll be replaced with the 2nd fastest player in the PAC 10.... who has a better yard per carry average than Best.
Don't miss any tackles.... or you'll find yourself behind the 8 ball.

Just continually hit Best in his elbow, he has had fumblitis since the dislocation.
.......if its the concussion then fine but all reports this week point to Nate being outplayed by both Kevin and Brock...
Im going to assume that you have never been knocked out in a Joust or a Medieval mock battle but let me explain to you how we treat concussions with our football team. A player is not cleared for contact until 7 days after the symptoms from the concussion cease, not 7 days from the concussion but 7 days from the last symptom. On Tuesday Riley said he didnt remember going to class that day so how can he be cleared for contact 4 days later? Leave your Flag Football reports behind, he was wearing a "no contact" jersey and helmet cover all week
As a Kal hater there is nothing I'd like more than to see Riley play because I know that after enough blows to the head he is going to give me the best chance of seeing some dirty fucking hippy flop like a fish on the middle of the Coliseum floor with brain oozing out of his ear holes like Jefferson just nuked him for destroying his Gold Firebird "Ridgemont High School Football Rules!!!". Riley gives the 92,000 of us here today the best chance to see a fatality like days of Coliseums old and as they drag his lifeless body off the field we will all point our thumbs down and chant "Flawless Victory"
Fight On

Look for Riley to get some playing time in this game.
Riley's new protective uniform "Funny, now I can't see any difference between Nate or Riley?"
"Hey, coach, don't start the game without me! I'm a'comin'!"

USC had the ball inside the 20 with 2 minutes or so left in the game, they should have scored a TD on that drive but just ranout the clock. A 21 point win would look much better than a 14 point win to those who just look at scores. Either way the Trojan defense dominated that game.
