Who would argue that he should stay?

I am sure his black teammates wouldnt be to receptive of him.

Team chemistry is #1 and a white supremacist definitely would mess with that.

i dont think he's a white supremest, just a redneck who doesn't like Obama or Obama being president. Since he was the only one mentioned.

But this is same situation Mizzou was put into(sort of):

Kid shoots himself while fucking around with a gun, he knocks shit over and calls cops, claiming he was robbed by 2 black men. We'll the cops look at the scene, and decide to let the boy come clean and they will not pursue charges against him for falsifying statements and for discharging his gun. He admits its a lie and Pinkel has to kick him off the team. Kid blames it on 2 black guys, and it's a lie, that won't go over we'll with the black players. Kids need to quit taking pictures of themselves in bad situations and stay off the fucking myspace, facebook, and message boards. If they want to post , come to t1b.

He's a dumb kid who fucked up. It seems to me when he recognized the severity he took down the page and apologized. I would bet that if it were Colt McCoy, and not a back up, an apology would have sufficed.

there has to be a history here, otherwise the best course of action would have been to use this situation as a team-building exercise. dood explains the environment he grew up in, the black players go on and on about their experiences, everyone understands each other better than before, perhaps respect works its way into the picture, blah blah blah, the guy still gets to play football, and brown's managed the big tent.

Killing or just talking about killing the president has never been well received. Booth out front should of told you

Is this news to some people?

Ps. When has a high profile player ever talked about killing the president? Weapon and drug charges will allow you a slap on the wrist but talking about taking up arms against the President-Elect doesn't fly to well unless you play football for Pakistan University

Hey, cut MVSCAL Jr. some slack. He loves Jesus...and is telling "fellow hunters" to gather arms over the black President-elect. Nice.

to back up my point....

In 2007 Texas backup linebacker Sergio Kindle was arrested for driving while intoxicated and got a three game suspension from Coach Mack Brown.

Texas backup defensive end Henry Melton was arrested for driving while intoxicated and got a three game suspension from Coach Mack Brown..

In September Texas starting defensive tackle Lamarr Houston was arrested for driving while intoxicated and got a one game suspension from Coach Mack Brown.

Actually, Houston was busted from Driving under the influence....DUI as apposed to a DWI. So what is the coach supposed to do? Just so you know, like you care, but our starting center is likely out for the next month with a knee injury and we will be playing a True Frosh.

:meds:

Texas won that game int he 4th Q. I have no complaint about it.
