I don't recognize this team out there, especially on offense. They look totally unprepared.
Lose the gold jerseys.

They miss Coffman bigtime. We're lucky it's only a 3-0 game right now, because they look pathetic. They better pull their fucking heads out, and quick.
This is pissing me off.

yea - not so tight for Mizzou.
The O looks totally out of sync and KU is playing like this is their bowl game.
Zoo looking like they're looking to next week

Have Zoo even tried to run Washington yet?
The spread is fine, but mixing in a run wouldn't hurt

Not to split hairs here, but those jerseys aren't gold. They're yellow. CU wears gold. Georgia Tech wears gold. Florida St. wears gold. Army, Navy and Notre Dame all wear gold. This guy wears gold.
Mizzou, Iowa and West Virginia (among others) wear yellow. Calling it "gold" doesn't make it gold. Just sayin'. Sorry to interrupt the meltdown...

Anyone else think the camerawork on this game is fucked up? They're so zoomed in on the action, you miss the context and a lot of what is going on.

Halftime
NW 28
ACU 20
ACU scored 93 points last week but also gave up 68.

Mizzou's secondary is a freaking disgrace. If they lose this game, they should be made to walk back to Columbia. Hell, they should have to walk even if they win.
Shit.

:44 left - this whole gameplan was fucked - even if they win.
Why they didn't run Washington early /more and control the clock is beyond understanding.

That 4th and 7 blitz was one of the worst called, disguised and executed plays I may have ever seen.
Just pathetic.
Props Sqawks - you wanted this game

Rack Mangino for saying "roll of toilet paper" on live tv.
It goes without saying it wasn't Mizzou's best day and it was probably KU's best effort of the season. Rack the Tigs for waking up after 2 1/2 quarters of garbage and bringing it.
In a CFB season largely devoid of exciting finishes, rack the entire 4th quarter of this game.
Good luck in the Big XII title game.

Watched it....
Duluth tried to give it away.
GVs QB looked awful.
Winner of NW-UNA is going to be the National Champ

Last year... I'd have bet anything he would have. He made two money kicks at Arrowhead in '07 and Webb for KU shanked one and hit the upright w/ another. Turned out to be pretty big in the end.
I think his bad game vs Okie State took some of the luster off.

That was the worst game I've seen Iciek play. Both defenses played well and the kicking game on both teams were horrendous. They caught a break with the interception in the first OT after missing the field goal and gave them a chance to win in the second OT with the blocked extra point. That was a terrible interception by Iciek...he had Smolen open in the flat and he never looked his way.

Indeed....Nothing more entertaining.
If D2 did it the BCS way, ACU and GV wouldve been playing for it all.

Exactly...I'm not complaining at all that the Lakers couldn't get through to Florence again because they didn't deserve it today. It's a true test to win the national title.

Did you tards lose today? Bwahahaha. Think it had anything to do with your star running back getting picked up last week?

Not having Berezik did hurt today but Smolen stepped up and the ran the ball well. I give Coach Martin credit for not letting their leading rusher play in the big game as much as they probably would've liked to have him. That's the difference between small colleges and big colleges...rules aren't thrown out the window when it involves star players.

I think it had more to do with Brad Iciek going 13 of 46 with 3 INTs. He only threw for 160 yards and 1 TD.
Why you so happy? You hate that your Directional Michigan school plays little brother not only to Michigan but to a D2 school?

He probably wouldve played if it was just a MIP but he ran from the cops.
GV was probably better off without him. If your star running back gets run down by this:
He deserves to be riding the pine.

Huh,
I didn't think about checking in here yesterday,
KU outplayed MU and Mangino Outcoached Pinkle and it was a hell of a game.
My guess is that by this time next year MU fan won't like Arrowhead very much. MU will get rolled next week and after almost all your offense and defense moves on after this season, KU who brings almost everyone back will roll you again.

Just got back
have s shit load of pics from the game for A PET thread, will put it up later or tomorrow.
Gates opened at 6:30am, we got in and started tailgating, it started snowing at 6:45 and never quit. Then in 4th quarter it was coming down heavy, and got to see a great game(minus MU first half). I didnt leave pissed, i actually felt sorry for KC and surrounding MU Fan,residents, who will have to put up with loud mouthed KU tards till next seasons game.
Now that was Football, snow, cold, rivalry and a last minute win.
So i'm not mad or pissed, but when i heard Dave Christiansen took the Wyoming job, i became elated!! fuckin a, one of the terrible 2 is gone, now its time for Eberflus to take Toledo gig(assuming they hadnt hired anyone yet, i know ancheutz is leaving).
Chubby killed the team early, and not running the ball was typical stupid DC. Worst defensive schemes in history of CFB.
I'm glad i DVR'd the game before i left for KC, for some reason, i knew it would be a goodin, and i felt KU could play and/or beat MU. MU has been going through the motions for weeks, they got what they deserved for poor play coming in. You cant play Colorado,ISU,Nebraska,KST every week, sometimes you play a team with chip on shoulder and everything to play for.
