I think this is a questionable move by Christiansen. Wyoming has no population and is a tough place to win at, especially in an improving MWC where Utah, BYU, TCU, and Air Force will give you probs. I think I'd have held-out for a better situtation, there are some other nonBCS jobs open that would give him a better opportunity to win.

I don't get the Eberflus hire. Seems like a fairly average DC to me, not somebody I'd jump on. I'm guessing his previous history at Toledo was a significant factor.

Laramie is at 7200' above sea level- that's a huge home field advantage. But it's also a short term stepping stone for coaches wanting to move up the ladder to bigger things.

If a coach wants to make a career there, it always ends up badly- which is just fine with me since I fucking HATE those piece of fuck, cock fondling, jizz-swilling, ass-licking, pole-sitting, snorting-pig ass-bites!

Wyoming rates even lower than fucking Nebraska as far as I'm concerned.

I agree. Wyoming has been a stepping stone for some but not since Dana Dimel or Joe Tiller....with Fred Akers, Pat Dye, Bob Devaney, and Dennis Erickson in the long-ago times.

i really thought Joe Glenn would succeed at Wyo. i saw a list of candidates for the Toledo job about a week ago including Eberflus and all of them seemed preferable to me. but, being a Toledo guy.
