Shouldn't you guys making an issue of the fact that this guy is white?
And by the way, Derron, yes it is Illinois, but as far as it just being a Dem problem for that state, why don't tell me who George Ryan is and where he resides.

Federal prosecutors say the investigation into allegations that Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich (bluh-GOY'-uh-vich) tried to sell the Senate seat vacated by President-elect Barack Obama found no evidence that Obama did anything wrong

....yet. Why didn't he report that Jerkoffavich was trying to bribe him? Or do you need a new binky after the mean men make fun of your widdle hero?
Since [bigshocker]you obviously don't know what the fuck you're talking about yet again[/bigshocker], I'll take pity on you this once and help you out:
In the meantime, here's my question for Fitz (not like he'll answer it). Local Chicago press is reporting that Rahm Emanuel reported Blago after someone approached the Obama folks about who he wanted for the Senate seat. In other words, yes, Rahm may well be the good guy here, and Obama couldn't be cleaner. Is that true?
http://emptywheel.firedoglake.com/2008/ ... -liveblog/
Yeah, Obama is tied into this. But, sorry to rain on Derron's and your wet dream, not in the manner you would have liked.

According to the news last night, Obama began to distance himself from Blagojevich back in 2006. But it’s good clean fun to see the right wing wingnuts in here grasping at any little piece of perceived dirt they can find. Guess we can look forward to eight years of right wing meltage.

Right, and if his past associations with convicted felon Resko couldn't slime him, Blagojevich minor indiscretion of trying to sell Obama's vacant Senate seat certainly won't either.

You think that somehow Obama was conspiring with Bleieoiwrueuiovich in 2006 to sell the Senate seat he would vacate after the 2008 Presidential election?
I'd say that's a reach.
I'd also say that you're complete and utter dumbfuck.

Cut it out, Gobbles.
Onogga claiming no contact with Blojobovich is patently beyond credibility. It's only natural that a governor about to appoint a successor to a senate seat would get input from the departing senator and also only natural that the departing senator would offer input in who his successor should be. I doubt anybody would be too critical of Ojigaboo for declining to be shaken down by a crooked governor even if he didn't report the shakedown. Lying when it isn't necessary is only going to make things worse.

Cooter, I have no doubt that Belugabovich contacted Obama’s people with a feeler. I doubt that he called Obama directly. Hence, the reports in the Chicago press that Rahm fingered him. But y'all go ahead and keep tilting at windmills. Funny stuff.

not tilting at anything. I don't think Ojigaboo did anything illegal in this case, I just think he lied unnecessarily and the lie is going to make people want to dig deeper

I'm still wondering what Obama has anything to do with Blagojovich trying to auction off his available Senate seat. But, to the right-wing jerkoff rags on this board, for some fucked up reason, it's directly connected.
Let us know when you get a clue, or get back to whining about his "fake birth certificate."

A guy arrived at the scene of a horrible car crash- several dead, all of them black.
By the time the cops showed up, the guy was patting down the dirt on a mass grave.
Cop: "What happened here?"
Guy: "A carload of n..i..ggers rolled over. They were all killed so I buried them"
Cop: "All of them?"
Guy:" Well, a couple said they weren't dead, but you know how those n..i..ggers lie"

The Illinois democratic party is lousy with corrupt politicians, yet you somehow believe Obama managed to stay above the slime because he started to "distance" himself from Bagoshit two whole years ago?

Birds of a feather.
The history of this country is replete with example of great Presidents who came from corrupt political machines. By your logic, we should also have rejected FDR, Truman, Lincoln, TR, McKinley, Reagan and Eisenhower for their shady associations.

Yes, I can see how he was "distancing" himself from Blagojevich by endorsing him for governor.
You really are a mindless, spoonfed dumbfuck.
Probably because the alternative was an even more corrupt Republican. Lesser of two evils. Or maybe his endorsement was nothing more than a lovely parting gift.
