Not much discussion so far.

By what authority does Emanuel suggest that there will be 3 months required service to the government for citizens between the age of 18 and 25?

Anyone?

You can't tell me that flag-humping, mouth-breathers can turn off their devotion to government just because President Mocha will take office in January.

After 8 years of having "America, love it or leave it...no questions asked" pounded into your skulls, did you expect any different?

I see some good points. I see the "good intentions" and potential good coming from something like this.

I also see, if done by the federal government, a huge clusterfuck.

The road to huge clusterfucks is paved with good intentions.
