btw - that was the best showing for Pitt's cheerleading squad that I've seen in a while. They had been pretty talent-deficient in that area in the recent past.

You obviously didn't see any of the game -- using the word "offenses" is being far too generous.
Although in fairness, both team were making good defensive adjustments... but how much adjusting is there to 3 and outs?
Also in fairness, the wind appeared to be howling pretty good, so the defenses were pretty much packing the box, and trusting some pretty loosesecondary play to shut down the passing game... well, the wind was shutting down the passing game... which you'd think as much as they play in the rain, Riley & Co could have found a lot more short routes to put in. And the wind was doing a number on the kicking game.
No passing + packed box + no kicking = 3-0
