Ok, ordered some scallops from my buddy for Xmas weekend, plus i had a few relatives who wanted some. So i order 4lbs of the Sea Scallops, U-10's, same kinda i ordered for aTm game last year. And, getting them for under $8 a pound also sweetened the pot. So i end up getting stuck with 4lbs of scallops, so i decided to use 1lb n half and throw rest away, not letting these things stink up my refridge, like last time. The fucking odor, finds it way through sealed foil, zip lock bags, etc.

1 1/2 lbs sea scallops u-10's
butter
garlic
Bacon pieces
Lemon juice
Seasoning salt
Cajun Seasoning
Splash of Soy Sauce

Piece of foil, getting ready

Looking at Atlantic Salmon or some Tuna steaks. Any help with cooking either would be appreciated. Also, can you grill the fish, or is it better to use a plank?

Get ready for some :dins: on the salmon.

As for the tuna, what kind you getting? Fresh ahi or that frozen stuff? I have a helluva recipe for a tuna sandwich with japanese slaw. However, watching the t.u./OSU game now so maybe at half I'll walk the 10 feet to get it and throw it your way. ANd I've never heard of someone planking tuna. My recipe is for a sizzling hot grill, and you only cook for about 30 seconds per side.

Looks good adel.

I normally broil scallops with butter, oregnao, and minced garlic. One time I added some BBQ sauce and they were pretty good.

Question for Adel. Are you able to cook anything without using tin foil and three sticks of butter? Just curious.

thats not butter

its that fat free shit. it has virtually no calories. A buddy got me some for grilling when we went to KC. Not that calories make a difference to me, i'm not KCpaulie, 1 shot of margarine wont clog my arteries.

and if im grilling seafood, butter is a must. And foil is a must on the grill. im not going to individually lay the scallops on the grill. i cooked some in a skillet, but they simmered, and took too long to cook. i put the goods in too wquick, should of let them fry so both sides were brown, them simmer in the goods.

Put the scallops on skewers. Or in a grill basket.

If you chose the trash can as a suitable place for the unwanted food, rather than your neighbor's house, Freecycle/craigslist/whatever giveaway site is popular in your area, then you're pretty much a POS human being.
