SLIPKNOT Concert

So I am heading to the Trivium, Coheed, and SLIPKNOT show in a couplafew weeks in Charlotte, NC...

I don't know much about C&C...can anyone shed some light on what type of band they are? I have heard a couple snippets of tunes but not whole tunes...would appreciate any feedback...

Coheed is pretty sweet, it's tough for me to describe them, but I'd say they are like "epic" or somewhat progressive metal. They did all of their albums on consecutive nights in Chicago recently, that would have been great to see. Their song on Rock Band is tight as well.

so are they more like in the Dream Theatre genre? Or a little harder?

Just wondering how they got on a Trivium/SLIPKNOT bill...oh well...

I'd have to think it's because Slipknot and Coheed is roughly the same age catagory, but that could be completely wrong. I'm not too familiar with Dream Theatre but from what I have heard about them, I'd say that's accurate.
